I swore I would be back to blogging regularly. And that was (and still is) the intention, but there are just days that get away from you and you realize at the end of it that another day has passed and you haven't written on your blog. I obviously have had many of those one after another lately.
Just wait...it's coming though. The post about our new vehicle. The post about our now zipping along debt repayment. The post about our trip to Disney World (which we paid for in cash and did on the cheap). The post about where life is going for now.
They are all coming.
But not today. Maybe I will get a chance to work on them over the weekend. I would like to, but time with the kids is more important. And there are things that need to be done - like a clean house and folded laundry as well as a few meals to cook. So we'll see if it all pans out at the end of the weekend.
I miss blogging.

"Blogging without obligation" is what I've heard it called. It's the season I'm in as well. (Although I am looking forward to the post about your new vehicle -- I'm suddenly in the market for one after a recent accident.)
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your accident. I have to admit - I find vehicle shopping completely overwhelming. I don't do it much and I know it will be a long-term investment for me, so I put too much pressure on the decision probably.
DeleteThanks for the blogging support though. =) It's nice to know that there is no obligation. =)
And we miss reading! I've been in a similar phase. I started a new job in January and blogging has had to take a back seat. I used to blog on my lunch hour or in the middle of the night and it seems now, those times are full too. :) But just like you...I miss it...and I will get back to it. Still reading...when your ready!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Brandy! It's nice to know that not only am I not the only one who hits these walls, but that the readers are still there waiting for me when I return. =)
ReplyDeleteBy the way...congrats on the new job. I hope you are enjoying it!
