FOR JUST $1.43!

So it's been a while, but I couldn't let this deal go without letting you in on it!

Who needs baby wipes? Anyone that does needs a lot of them typically and that's why this is a great opportunity for those of us with that need!

Here's the deal...and it will only work through Saturday, 08/29/09, so you've got to hurry!

Go to coupons.com and print the one for -$1.50 of Huggies diaper product. Since it's a bricks coupon, you can print two per computer that you have access to. I recommend that you print as many as you can get your hands on. Also, see if you can get your hands on any recent Huggies wipes coupons (there was one for $0.50 last weekend in the paper and there have been some with Huggies wipes samples for $1.00).
Now go to your local Walgreen's. At the front of the store where they keep the weekly fliers, you should see a coupon booklet that says something about back to school savings and something about $50 in coupons. Grab one...just one is all you need. Inside that booklet is a coupon for $2.00 off any Huggies wipes. It will apply to as many boxes as you buy, so you don't have to worry about getting multiple copies. Also, the front says "$2.00 off" and the back says "$1.00 off" but mine and others rang up at the $2.00 amount, so make sure yours will too.
Now, Walgreen's have their Huggies wipes on sale right now. Many people are reporting them for $2.99, but my store had them for $2.79. Unfortunately some others don't seem to have these on sale at all, and I hate that for them. Anyway, you can see without any additional coupons, this makes them only $0.79 each (at my store), which is already a fabulous bargain. Pair that with as many manufacturing coupons you can to get a truly extraordinary deal!
Note that you cannot use coupons that total more than the purchase price of your wipes, so use this formula:
(price of wipes x number of boxes) - ($2.00 x number of boxes) = discount
This "discount" number should equal more than the total value of your manufacturer's coupons. Now play with the "number of boxes" number (in both parts of the equation) to find an amount that is just more than your manufacturer's coupons.
For instance, although I only had 3 manufacturer's coupons, the quantity of 5 worked best for me since I had high value coupons.
($2.79 x 5) - ($2.00 x 5) = $3.95
Note that the $3.95 was just over my $3.50 in coupons. If you have coupons of different amounts or are able to print more bricks coupons, you may end up with a lot more boxes than I did!
Side note: This works because the bricks coupon says "Diapering product." Don't let the cashier talk you out of this. If it doesn't ring up the coupon, ask them to re-ring the purchase. At my store it didn't work unless the manufacturer's coupons were scanned first and then the store coupon.
Anyway, I got 5 boxes of Huggies wipes for only $1.43 after taxes. How well can you do?
